Clients are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.Payments must be made via Stripe or other approved payment methods.If a payment fails, we reserve the right to pause services until payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel their subscription by providing 7 days' notice before renewal.If a client forgets to cancel and requests a refund within 3 days of renewal, a full refund will be provided.Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, websites, and content created for the client remain the intellectual property of Surgeflow until full payment is received.Clients receive non-exclusive, commercial rights to use completed work upon full payment.We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary content to ensure smooth project completion.We are not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific results.Surgeflow is not liable for business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages.Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services rendered in the past 3 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, clients should first contact [email protected] for resolution.If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with UK laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
