Surgeflow Refund and Dispute Policy
Effective Date: 1 January 2025

1. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to [email protected]. ​Processing of Cancellation: Upon receiving a cancellation request, Surgeflow will confirm the cancellation within 2 business days. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.​

2. Refund Policy

Initial Cooling-Off Period: Clients have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the initial contract date and receive a full refund, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.​cooley.com+1hoganlovells.com+1Refunds After Renewal: If a client forgets to cancel their subscription and requests a refund within 3 days after the renewal date, Surgeflow will honor a full refund for that period.​Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days from the date of approval.​

3. Dispute Resolution

Contacting Support: Clients are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] to resolve any issues or disputes.​Escalation Process: If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support team, it will be escalated to senior management for further review.​External Resolution: In the event that an amicable resolution cannot be reached, clients may seek external dispute resolution through relevant consumer protection authorities.​citizensadvice.org.uk

4. Changes to This Policy

Surgeflow reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Dispute Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.​
